I care about supporting your sense of wellness, rooted in “all your relations” with self, others, and the natural world. I work with individuals, couples, and families with children (5 yrs and older) experiencing a range of relational issues to heal, accept, and adapt to changes along the lifecycle. In response to the invitation of coming alongside you, i offer kindness, respect, and sensitivity in the context of a safe and predictable relationship.

I received a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from TWU. My practice is informed by creative, experiential, systemic, and person-centred approaches such as Nature-based Therapy, Art & Play Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Satir model.

I am of Scottish, Irish, British, and German descent and grateful to currently live and work on S,DÁYES (Pender Island), the traditional and ancestral territories of the SENĆOŦEN and Hul̓q̓umín̓um̓ speaking peoples of the Coast Salish Nations including the W̱SÁNEĆ, Tsawout and Tseycum First Nations.
